Hi, I'm Chelsey! I’m a creative, small-business owner, maker, backyard chicken keeper, and community-minded person who has a habit of always having a project on the go. I’m happiest when I’m creating something, helping someone bring an idea to life, or figuring out how to make something work a little better.

Through my work, I get to do a little bit of everything. I work in social media, website design, graphic design and marketing, helping local businesses, organizations and community groups share what they do and connect with the people around them. I’m also involved with the Long Point Country business community, where I get to work alongside local businesses, plan events and promote the place I’m lucky enough to call home in Southern Ontario, Canada.

When I’m not behind a computer, you’ll probably find me making something with my hands. I crochet, knit, sew, experiment with 3D printing and create handmade goodies through my craft business. I love turning a ball of yarn, a random idea or a pile of supplies into something people can actually use, enjoy or take home.

And then there’s everyday life — being a wife, mom, business owner, community volunteer and probably having far too many ideas at once. My work and hobbies tend to overlap, and that’s exactly how I like it. This website is a little collection of all those things: the things I create, the projects I’m working on and the ideas that inevitably turn into something new.

I’m a firm believer that life is more fun when you leave room to make things, try things, learn things, and occasionally start a completely unnecessary new project. I like a little bit of everything — creating, designing, crafting, helping, building, growing, and seeing where the next idea takes me.
